Garden Bells (A01)
We think bells make perfect accents to the home or garden any time of year! Each bell is thrown on the pottery wheel and then altered. The clappers are rolled out of scraps from slab-building days, and the pulls are a combo of different patterns - faux bois, real leaves, vintage lace, cute stamps.
The first bells were found in sites in Asia in the third century BCE, and in my own ancestry, Celtic bells are thought to grant wishes and ward off evil spirits especially in the dark days of winter. These bells will definitely bring a bit of joy with each ring, and more joy is a wish I am always happy to have come true. They can stay outdoors all year long & make great additions indoors as well!

Each piece is made in our home studio.
Measurements may vary due to the handmade nature of our work. During updates, questions on sizes may not be answered immediately. Note that these are glazed pieces, and glazes pool and drip in unexpected ways. Each spent its time in a different spot in the kiln, and can never be recreated.
