Potion Jug (GA15)

Suitable for any number of eldritch elixirs, these jugs work especially well for Self-Love Potion #13 and Extract of Emotional Freedom. Not only is this jug adorable on it's own, its also food-safe and can hold a few blooms on the counter. The handle is impressed with leaves from the gardens around the studio!

Jug holds 12-14 oz.

The plant on this piece is Prairie Smoke (Geum triflorum) - a low growing, nearly evergreen forb with very early blooms. The ethereal pink blossoms can be seen as early as March. The flat basal leaves are ornate and detailed and stay green most of the year. People in the past have used the roots to make decoctions for everything from rashes to sore throats and fevers.

Each piece is made in my home studio.

Measurements may vary due to the handmade nature of our work. During updates, questions on sizes may not be answered immediately. Note that these are glazed pieces, and glazes pool and drip in unexpected ways. Each spent its time in a different spot in the kiln, and can never be recreated.
