Returns and Refunds

We often have to issue refunds for shipping overcharges when multiple pieces are ordered.

If any damage occurs in shipping, we will issue a full refund. Please send a photo of the damaged piece to piperpottery@gmail.com. 

We cannot control shipping companies, and therefore we cannot issue refunds for any delays in delivery due to the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at piperpottery@gmail.com and explain what went wrong. We are happy to issue a refund for the cost of the item in most cases, and may also offer the option to return the item for a full refund, including shipping costs.
